Change of Mind Returns

Due to our products being custom and made to order, we are only able to offer a limited return policy of 7-days for change of mind. Change of mind returns will be refunded in the form of store credit that can be used to purchase other products from our store.

Change of mind returns must be returned in the original condition, with all packaging intact and as shipped. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs and ensuring that the item is not damaged or broken in transit.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will contact you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and you will receive the store credit either applied to your account or issued via a code provided via email.

Damaged or Faulty Items
